Steps are as follows :-
Just make a folder and don’t put anything inside it.
Now copy the text present shown in bold letters Everything.{ed7ba470-8e54-465e-825c-99712043e01c}. from Everything to the Dot.
Now paste the text in to the name of the of the folder.
Then the folder will become the shortcut.
much easy that this is,go to start menu bar right click on control panel option and select show on desktop so that on your desktop the folder named control panel is automaticaly created. in that folder all options are available
